1. This advanced clamp features two pairs of independently moving internal-external legs, offering precision when lifting vertical coils. It securely holds the coil's walls in a diametrically opposite operation, ensuring stability.
2. For optimal performance, the bottom surface of the vertical coil must remain completely horizontal during lifting.
3. During operation, the clamp and steel coil maintain a firm grip without any relative slipping, ensuring the steel coils remain undamaged throughout the process.
4. The clamping force applied by the clamp's jaw is engineered to be significantly lower than traditional clamps, resulting in reduced contact stress and minimizing any potential damage to the steel coils.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYSTEM: Driven by a sophisticated rack mechanism, the vertical coil tongs are powered by a motorized worm gearbox.
