Crafted from UHMWPE Fibre, our mooring rope boasts excellent UV and oxidation resistance. As verified by the International maritime industry, its breaking strength surpasses wire ropes, polyamide, and polyester ropes by 20 times, and polypropylene ropes by over 30 times. Enhanced by advanced aftertreatment technology, it offers impressive corrosion and abrasion resistance. Our ropes redefine strength, rivalling wire ropes with the same diameter. They exhibit minimal elongation and are incredibly lightweight, weighing just 1/8 of wire ropes with equivalent strength. Applications span port towing, ultra-large container ship mooring, marine & Navy equipment, aerospace, sports equipment, electrical communications, and slinging large precision objects. Constructed from UHMWPE, they feature a 12-strand structure, 0.97g/cm3 density, 140ºC melting point, and 3.5% elongation. With excellent abrasion, UV, and chemical resistance, they perform equally well in dry and wet conditions, ensuring a longer service life and ease of handling, inspection, and repair.
