Operational ExcellenceBegin your lifting process by securing the four main lifting ropes and a turning stretch wire rope to the crane's hook. Prior to elevation, align the guider towards the open direction. Utilize skilled operation to secure the spreader's corner locks, initiating a gentle lift. The taut stretch wire rope triggers the turning mechanism, rotating the lock 90 degrees for a secure closure.°Once firmly secured, continue the lift to effortlessly raise the container.
For container placement, gently lower the hook by 1-2 meters, then proceed to relift. Before extracting the main lifting ropes, adjust the turning rope to unlock the mechanism and lift the hook to detach the spreader, concluding the operation effortlessly.
Maintenance GuidelinesConduct regular inspections and apply lubrication to the spreader's link pole and turning mechanism to maintain smooth operations. Cease all usage immediately if any damages or distortions are identified.
