Operational ExcellenceKickstart the lifting operation by attaching the four primary lifting ropes and one turning stretch wire rope to the crane's hook. Before lifting, direct the guider in the open direction. With skilled operation, the spreader's corner locks secure, and a gentle lift begins. The tight stretch wire rope triggers the turning mechanism, rotating the lock 90 degrees for a secure closure.°Once secured, the container is effortlessly elevated for seamless transportation.
For container positioning, gradually lower the hook by 1-2m, then lift again. Prior to removing the primary lifting ropes, adjust the turning rope to unlock the mechanism, then lift the hook to detach the spreader. The operation concludes smoothly and efficiently.
Maintenance GuidelinesConduct regular inspections and lubricate the spreader's link pole and turning mechanism to maintain seamless operation. Should damages or distortions be detected, immediate cessation of use is mandatory.
