Specifications of our products  

Using a sheath made of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber sling on the outsider of the sling can greatly impove its anti-cutting and abrasion resistance,thereby sliminating many time-consuming installation steps of protective gaskets.
when lifting objects with rough or sharp edges,using this sling can lift many without tearing or splitting compared with other chemical fiber slings.they are much superior. When slings made of general chemical fiber are usewd to hoist steel coils ,they can only be damaged a few times.

The characteristics of the slings:

Stronger: with a same diameter, their strength is comparable to that of wire rope. Lower elongation: their breaking elongation is close to that of wire rope. Lighter: with a same strength, their weight(g/m) is only 1/8 of wire rope Application: port towing, mooring system for ultra large container ships, mooring&Navy equipment, offshore, aerospace, sport equipment, electrical communications, large precision object sling, etc. Material:UHMWPE Structure:12 strand Density: 0.97g/cm3 Melting point: 140ºC Elongation: 3.5% Abrasion resistance: excellent UV resistance: excellent Chemical resistance: good Dry and wet conditions: wet strength equals dry strength Non-rotating and anti-kinking, longer service life Easy to handle, inspect and repair

The mooring rope is made of UHMWPE Fibre,which has excellent UV resistance and oxidation resistance.According to he test result of the International maritime industry association test way,the breaking strength of this rope is 20 times more than wire rope,polyamide rope and polyester rope ,more than 30 times that of polypropylene rope.Special rope aftertreatment technology give the rope excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance. It is widely used in the naval vessel,space flight and aviation,national defence equipment,ocean-going ships,oil platforms and many other fields.
