Characteristics of the slings:

Webbing sling is produced from top quality synthetic fibre (100% PES), nylon, and polypropylene fiber by advanced international level of weaving technology and equipment in various sewing methods, they are mainly used for various occasions of hoisting, the products comply with the standards GB/T8521-1997.
The slings have the following advantages: Damping, non-corrosive, non-conductive, non-aging and without Mars in the explosive environment.
The section is changing with the shape of surface, in itself, it is very soft and flexible. The slings can fit snugly on the hoisted goods, and the goods will not be damaged. At the same time, it can lessen the possibility of wounding caused by rebound.
According to customer's requirement, the safety factor of sling has 4: 1, 5: 1, 6: 1, 7: 1, 8: 1, its load range is from 0.5t to 100t. Which is produced according to International stanard, for color and load capacity.

Useful suggestions for the correct use of the sling:

The slings should avoid the harm of the sharp instrument when lifting the goods.
You can add the leather or polyester on the outer layer of the slings to protect it when lifting the goods.
Never use slings with damages or defects.
Only use slings with clear identifications.
Forbidden to tie a knot of the sling or link with a knot. You should link the sling with the right connecting piece.

Before use, check working load limit, length and working position.
Never use slings under -40° C Or more than 100° C.
Elongation rate < 3% at working load < 10% at breaking load.
