Operational ExcellenceBegin the lifting process by securely attaching the four main lifting ropes and one turning stretch wire rope to the crane's hook. Prior to lifting, guide the mechanism towards the open direction. The corner locks of the spreader engage with expert precision, initiating a smooth lift. The tightly secured stretch wire rope activates the turning mechanism, rotating the lock to ensure a secure closure.°Once everything is in place, continue lifting seamlessly to effortlessly elevate the container.
To place the container, gently lower the hook by 1-2 meters, then lift again. Before adjusting the main lifting ropes, reposition the turning rope to unlock the mechanism, elevating the hook to detach the spreader. The operation completes with ease and precision.
