Their low elongation is comparable to that of wire rope, while being eight times lighter. Made from UHMWPE, they feature a 12-strand structure with a density of 0.97g/cm³, a melting point of 140ºC, 3.5% elongation, and extraordinary abrasion and UV resistance. Their chemical resistance is impressive, with performance that remains consistent in both dry and wet conditions, offering a long service life with ease of handling, inspection, and repair.
