I. Overview of electric steel plate hanging beam

The lifting beam (including bearing beam and connecting rigging) is a special beam lifting device for lifting objects. The lifting beam is in accordance with the general technical conditions JB/T5000.1-5000.15-1998 for heavy machinery industry standard of the People's Republic of China. The beam lifting device realizes the lifting of the suspended objects. Its lifting and installation process is simple, reasonable, flexible, convenient to use, and safe and reliable.

Ii. Use method and matters needing attention of electric steel plate hanging beam

1. Move the crane to connect the crane hook with the lifting ring of the lifting beam. After lifting to an appropriate height, check whether the lifting beam is level and whether the lifting chain is tied. 2. Then move the main beam to the top of the hanging object, connect with the hanging object with the connecting rigging, and then slowly lift the crown. 3. After the balancing crane is lifted, the balance degree of the main beam should be less than 1°. Observe with naked eyes whether the bearing beam is in a balanced state. Load test lifting process is the final process of the overall preparation, the last part of the whole process of operation, should be slowly lift the load, when just off the ground, stop lifting, observe the overall force situation, and then slowly relax the load, if there is no abnormal, can normal lifting.
