1. The lifter's innovative design features two pairs of internal-external clamp legs that maneuver independently, enabling secure handling of vertical coils by gripping the walls along the diametric direction.
2. For optimal operation, ensure the bottom surface of the vertical coil remains perfectly horizontal during lifting.
3. During the lifting process, the clamp maintains a firm grip on the steel coil with no relative slipping, ensuring the coils remain undamaged.
4. This clamp's jaw applies a clamping force that is significantly gentler than traditional clamps, minimizing contact stress and reducing potential damage to the steel coils.

MECHANICAL SYSTEM: As the vertical coil tong engages with the coil, the ratchet mechanism rotates 90°, allowing the levers to open. Upon lifting, the coil is securely clamped between the inner and outer jaws.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYSTEM: These vertical coil tongs operate using a sophisticated rack mechanism powered by a motorized worm gearbox.
