Operational ExcellenceCommence the lifting process by attaching the four primary lifting ropes and one turning stretch wire rope to the crane's hook. Before lifting, orient the guider towards the opening direction. The spreader's corner locks engage skillfully, initiating a gentle lift. The tight stretch wire rope activates the turning mechanism, rotating the lock 90 degrees to ensure secure closure.°Once securely locked, continue lifting to effortlessly raise the container.
For container placement, gently lower the hook by 1-2 meters, then relift. Prior to dragging the main lifting ropes, adjust the turning rope to unlock the mechanism, lifting the hook to detach the spreader, concluding the operation seamlessly.
