With an equal diameter, their strength rivals that of traditional wire ropes. They offer lower elongation, matching the breaking elongation of wire ropes while being significantly lighter—only 1/8 of the weight per meter of wire rope. Ideal for port towing, mooring systems for ultra-large container ships, mooring and navy equipment, offshore applications, aerospace, sports equipment, electrical communications, and large precision object slinging. Material: UHMWPE Structure: 12-strand Density: 0.97g/cm³ Melting Point: 140ºC Elongation: 3.5% Outstanding abrasion and UV resistance with good chemical resistance, maintaining strength in dry and wet conditions. Non-rotating and anti-kinking features for longer service life and ease of handling, inspection, and repair.

Crafted from UHMWPE Fibre, the mooring rope exhibits excellent UV and oxidation resistance. As per the International Maritime Industry Association's test results, its breaking strength is 20 times that of wire, polyamide, and polyester ropes, and over 30 times stronger than polypropylene ropes. Advanced aftertreatment technology endows the rope with exemplary corrosion and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for naval vessels, aerospace applications, defense equipment, ocean-going ships, oil platforms, and beyond.
