1. The clamp features two pairs of independently moving internal-external legs, designed to securely grip the coil's two walls during vertical lifting operations.
2. Ensure that the vertical coil remains perfectly horizontal during lifting for optimal performance.
3. During operation, the clamp and steel coil remain firmly in place without any relative slip, ensuring that the steel coils are protected from damage.
4. The clamping force exerted by the clamp's jaw on the steel coils is significantly lower than clamps with a single jaw, resulting in minimal contact stress and reduced likelihood of damage to the steel coils.

MECHANICAL SYSTEM: When the vertical coil tong is positioned on the coil, the ratchet rotates 90°, causing the levers to open. Once lifting begins, the coil is securely clamped between both jaws.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYSTEM: The vertical coil tongs rely on a sophisticated rack mechanism, powered by a motorized worm gear box that integrates with the gripping legs.
