Specifications of our products

Our sling features a sheath of Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Fiber, significantly enhancing its anti-cutting and abrasion resistance. This innovation streamlines operations by reducing the need for protective gaskets, thus saving precious time during installation.
When handling objects with rough or sharp edges, our sling provides superior lifting capabilities compared to other chemical fiber slings, resisting tears and splits. Unlike conventional chemical fiber slings that are quickly worn when lifting steel coils, our slings remain durable and intact.

Stronger: Matches the strength of wire ropes with the same diameter. Lower Elongation: Breaks at similar elongation as wire ropes. Lighter Weight: Weighs only 1/8th compared to wire ropes of equal strength. Application: Ideal for port towing, mooring systems for ultra-large container ships, navy equipment, offshore applications, aerospace, sports equipment, electrical communications, and precise object slinging. Material: UHMWPE, Structure: 12-Strand, Density: 0.97 g/cm³, Melting Point: 140ºC, Elongation: 3.5%, Abrasion Resistance: Excellent, UV Resistance: Excellent, Chemical Resistance: Good, Wet and Dry Conditions: Wet strength equals dry strength, Non-rotating and anti-kinking, long-lasting and easy to handle, inspect, and repair.

According to tests by the International Maritime Industry Association, its breaking strength far surpasses that of wire, polyamide, and polyester ropes, and is over 30 times stronger than polypropylene rope.
