Operational ExcellenceInitiate the lifting process by attaching the four main lifting ropes and one turning stretch wire rope to the crane's hook. Prior to lifting, align the guider towards the open direction. The spreader's corner locks secure with skilled operation, initiating a gentle lift. The tight stretch wire rope activates the turning mechanism, rotating the lock 90 degrees for secure closure.°Once secured, continue lifting to effortlessly raise the container.
For container placement, slowly lower the hook by 1-2m, then relift. Before dragging main lifting ropes, adjust the turning rope to unlock the mechanism, lifting the hook to detach the spreader. The operation concludes seamlessly.
Maintenance GuidelinesRegularly inspect and lubricate the spreader's link pole and turning mechanism to ensure smooth operation. Immediate cessation of use is required if damages or distortions are detected.
