MECHANICAL SYSTEM: Upon setting the vertical coil tong onto the coil, the ratchet engages by 90°, prompting the levers to open. As lifting begins, the coil is securely clamped between the inner and outer jaws, ensuring stability.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYSTEM: Our vertical coil tongs function via an advanced rack mechanism, powered by a motorized worm gear box. The integrated rack and gripping legs enable seamless opening and closing of the tong, making them perfect for challenging work environments across all industrial applications.
