Ensure slings are shielded from sharp instruments during lifting operations to prevent damage.
Strengthen sling protection by incorporating leather or polyester into the outer layer during lifting.
Slings that display visible damage or defects should never be used.
Confirm that slings have clear, legible identifications before usage.
Avoid tying slings in knots or connecting them using knots; instead, utilize suitable connecting pieces.
Only use slings with clear and identifiable markings.
Before utilization, verify the working load limit, length, and positioning of the slings.
Slings should not be used in environments with temperatures below -40° C or above 100° C.
